Terms of Use
1. General
The present Terms of Use govern the operation and use of the online store hellonna enjoy nature, hereinafter referred to as the "e-shop", as well as the process of placing orders through it. The enterprise under the distinctive title hellonna enjoy nature shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Company", while any natural or legal person visiting, navigating, or making purchases through the e-shop shall hereinafter be referred to as the "User" or "Customer".
By navigating or making purchases through the e-shop, the User fully accepts these terms. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms, prices, or product features at any time, and such changes shall be effective from the moment of their publication on the e-shop.

3. Use of the e-shop
The User must provide true and accurate information during communication or when making purchases and is obliged not to use the e-shop for illegal or malicious activities. Any interference with the operation of the e-shop, its systems, or its content is strictly prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service or the completion of orders in cases where abuse, violation of these terms, or an attempt to cause damage to the e-shop's systems is detected.
4. Products and Availability
The Company makes every effort to ensure that product information and descriptions are accurate and complete. However, due to the nature of the products, minor variations may occur regarding packaging, color, texture, or production batches, which do not affect the quality of the product.
Stock availability is updated automatically; however, should availability change due to simultaneous purchases, technical error, or other unforeseen events, the Company will notify the Customer. In such cases, the Company will proceed with a full refund or provide an alternative solution, following a relevant agreement with the Customer.
5. Pricing
All prices listed on the e-shop include VAT as required by law. The Company reserves the right to modify product prices at any time and without prior notice; however, such changes do not affect orders that have already been completed by the Customer.
6. Orders
The e-shop provides the Customer with the ability to review and modify their personal details and order content (product types, quantities, etc.) at any stage prior to final submission. Upon final submission of the order, the Customer bears sole responsibility for the correctness, accuracy, and completeness of both their details and their order choices. After the completion of the order, an automated confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the Customer.
The Company reserves the right to cancel an order in cases of product unavailability, incorrect or incomplete data, payment failure or rejection, as well as in cases of notification from the payment provider regarding a potentially suspicious transaction.
If payment has been completed and the order is cancelled by the Company, the refund is processed via the same provider and the same payment method used for the transaction, in accordance with the provider's procedures.
Note: The e-shop applies a minimum order policy, which is set at the amount of thirty euros (30€).
7. Payments
Payments in the e-shop are made in the following ways:
1. Payments are processed automatically via credit, debit, and prepaid cards, as well as digital wallets (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay), through the internationally recognized providers Stripe and Klarna, for orders up to a total value of 400 euros. The Company does not store card details or digital payment method information, as all transactions are processed through the secure systems of the aforementioned providers.
2. Via the IRIS service, which is carried out outside the e-shop's automated systems following direct communication between the Customer and the Company.
3. Via bank transfer and/or via the IRIS service, for orders with a total value of 400 euros and above, following direct communication with the Company. In these cases, the Customer is requested to contact the Company to complete the order. Any bank transfer fees and commissions are to be borne exclusively by the Customer.
In cases of payment via IRIS or bank transfer, the processing and execution of the order begin only upon final confirmation of the credit of the amount to the Business's bank account.
It is noted that the e-shop does not support payment via cash on delivery (COD).
The Company may set minimum order thresholds for the use of specific payment methods (such as Klarna). Applicable limits are displayed prominently within the e-shop and are applied automatically during checkout. The Company reserves the right to modify available payment methods or add new providers by updating this section accordingly.
8. Shipping
Shipments are carried out in accordance with the Shipping Policy, which constitutes an integral part of these terms.
9. Returns & Cancellations
Returns and order cancellations are governed by the Returns Policy, which constitutes an integral part of these terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Company bears no responsibility for delays in delivery or the operation of the e-shop due to third-party providers, technical problems, or cases of force majeure. Furthermore, the Company is not liable for any damages that may arise from the incorrect use of products by the Customer. In any event, the civil liability of the Company towards the Customer is strictly limited to the value of the respective order.
11. Intellectual Property
All content of the e-shop, including text, photographs, logos, descriptions, and overall design, constitutes the intellectual property of the Company and is protected by relevant provisions of Greek and European legislation. Any copying, reproduction, modification, or use of the content, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the Company is strictly prohibited.
12. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy (GDPR), which constitutes an integral part of these terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Greek Law. For any dispute arising from the use of the e-shop or purchases made through it, the courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
The Company informs the Customer that for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from the purchase of products through the e-shop, the Customer may contact competent bodies, such as the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform or the Hellenic Consumers' Ombudsman.
