Shipping policy

1. General Information

The present Shipping Policy governs all orders placed through the hellonna enjoy nature e-shop. Currently, shipments are made to Greece, Cyprus, and Bulgaria. The Company may extend shipping to additional countries in the future; in such cases, this section will be updated accordingly.

 

2. Shipping Methods

Shipments are carried out through the following partner carriers:

  • Greece: The Customer may choose between BOX NOW or ELTA Courier.
  • Cyprus & Bulgaria: Shipping is carried out exclusively through the BOX NOW service.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the selected carrier, the destination country, and the weight/volume of the products. The Company may offer free shipping based on a minimum order threshold. Current free shipping offers are displayed prominently within the e-shop, are applied automatically at checkout, and may be of a promotional/temporary nature.

 

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the selected carrier, the destination, weather conditions, and the current workload of the transport companies. Deliveries are typically completed within a few business days from the date of dispatch. The Company bears no responsibility for delays caused solely by the transport providers or external factors of force majeure.

 

5. Delivery Procedures

  • BOX NOW: The Customer selects their preferred locker. Once the parcel is placed in the locker, the Customer receives an SMS or email with the pickup code and is required to collect the parcel within the timeframe specified by BOX NOW.
  • ELTA Courier: Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the Customer, in accordance with ELTA’s standard operating procedures.

6. Delayed or Lost Parcels

In the event of a delay exceeding a reasonable timeframe, the Customer must notify the Company at info@hellonna.gr so that an investigation (trace and track) can be initiated with the carrier. The Company will seek the best possible resolution, examining—on a case-by-case basis—either a reshipment or a refund, provided that the loss or damage is officially confirmed by the carrier's report.

 

7. Incorrect Address or Failure to Collect

If an order is returned to the Company due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect from a locker, or failure to comply with the carrier’s delivery procedures, the Customer shall be liable for any re-shipping costs.
